The  ALTITALIA company was established in Voghera, a small town of Oltrepò Pavese,  in 1985 by its President and promoter Sergio Fracchia who a few years later, decided to transfer the company’s head offfice in the heart of  Milan, european capital of the business world.

In 1995 the company decides to extend its own activity to the real estate market of the French Riviera using   the same techniques of communication.Thanks to the excellent results today the society hands over to  Altitalia Group active in different european countries (Italy, France and the Principality of Monaco) through its estate agencies characterized by  high quality of services and a professional  multilingual staff.

Today ALTITALIA group has inaugurated its new activity branch REALTYMMO INTERNATIONAL PROPERTIES, with dozen of international real estate partners, allowing the Group to become one of the most important operator in selling secondary residences on the French Riviera.
